l  It is important to confirm that all sources cited in the text are included in the reference list, and that all entries in the reference list are properly cited within the text;

l  Each reference should be individually checked for proper formatting. Subsequently, the reference list must be sorted alphabetically, with English references preceding Chinese ones.

Alternatively, you may print the proof, mark corrections clearly by hand, then scan or photograph the annotated pages. You may also provide a written list clearly specifying the corrections and how they should be made.
