Discovery of Odorrana kuangwuensis and O. nanjiangensis in Chongqing Municipality

    Abstract:

    Three living specimens of Odorrana kuangwuensis and two living specimens of O. nanjiangensis were discovered in the comprehensive survey process of Mt. Daba Nature Reserve in Chongqing on 23 June, 2012. The specimens were identified as O. kuangwuensis and O. nanjiangensis. The two species are new amphibian records to Chongqing Municipality.
