One specimen of Prunella atrogularis was collected in Xiaolingzi, Muziping village, Jiuyan Town, Zhouzhi County, Shaanxi Province in Match 20^th, 2001, which is first record in Qinling Mountains. The discover site, morphological characteristic and environment of the specimen were described in this paper. The species may be migrant, summer breeder or straggler in Qinling Mountains.
