    Abstract:

    Two individuals of Ovophis tonkinensis were collected in Yunkaishan Reserve, Xinyi County Guangdong Province in June 2009, which is a new snake record for Guangdong Province. The specimens were preserved in South China Institute of Endangered Animals.
