    Abstract:

The morphology and morphogenesis of ciliature microtubular organelles in the ventral cortex of Onychodromopsis sp. were visualized using FLUTAX direct fluorescent labeling. Based on the features of its ciliature and base-associated microtubules, this species was classified to be the genus Onychodromopsis . However, the morphogenetic study showed that the originating position of oral primordium of the opisthe and differentiation of the marginal rows were different from other related species O.flexilis . Therefore, this species is probably another species in the genus Onychodromopsis .
