    Abstract:

    The Guangxi Water Skink(Tropidophorus guangxiensis Wen,1992) was found in Xuefeng Mountain of Hongjiang County,West-Northern Hunan.It’s a new record species in Hunan and Tropidophorus is also a new genus of Scincidae in Hunan.The specimen is deposited in Museum of Hunan Normal University.
