Abstract:To investigate the gastric mobility of Mandarin Vole (Lasiopodomys mandarinus)under different energy demands and supplements.Intragastric pressure and mobility were recorded with the instrument of Powerlab/8sp.Compared with control female, intragastric pressure levels and mobility both showed significantly increased(P<0.05) in fasting female and lactating female. But,compared with lactating female, the intragastric pressure and mobility reduction in fasting female significantly decreased(P<0.05) in fasting for 72 h female. It was concluded that gastrointestinal physiological functions adapt to different energy demands and supplements, and the adaptation mechanism is related to the extent of energy threatening.
