    Abstract:

    The fish fauna in Leigongshan Nature Reserve of Guizhou Province was surveyed from April 2005 to November 2006.A total of 35 species belonging to 30 genera in 10 families and 4 orders were identified.Most of them were found in brooks.And Cyprinids is the main component of this fish fauna.In this reserve,economic fishes include Misgurnus anguillicandatus,Opsariichthys bidens,Cyprinus carpio,Pelteobagrus vachelli,Monopterus albus,Ctenopharyngodon idellus,Spinibarbus caldwelli,Onychostoma gerlachi,and Channa asiatica.Species compositions of fishes in Yangtse River and Zhujiang River water systems in the reserve were compared.
