The Tufted Deer (Elaphodus cephalophus) was captured by eight camera-traps photographs in January, August and September of 2016 at two forest farms within the Liupan Mountain National Nature Reserve in Guyuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. This deer was recorded mainly in the subtropical area of China, and northeastern Burma. It was first recorded in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
