Rusty-tailed Flycatcher Ficedula ruficauda and Blyth′s Reed Warbler Acrocephalus dumetorum Found in Chengdu, Sichuan Province

    Abstract:

    On April 20, 2016 and February 15, 2017, the Rusty-tailed Flycatcher (Ficedula ruficauda) and Blyth′s Reed Warbler (Acrocephalus dumetorum) were photographed in the urban areas of Chengdu, respectively. According to some relevant literatures, these two species of birds are new records for Sichuan Province. Furthermore, the Rusty-tailed Flycatcher is a new record to the Chinese avian fauna.
