    摘要:

    伊洛瓦底江作为中南半岛的大河之一,是缅甸境内最大的河流。其中,中国境内的支流龙川江-瑞丽江、大盈江、独龙江、勐乃河等河流具有丰富的鱼类多样性及多样的河流生境,共记录鱼类86种。由于以往调查深度不足,流域内仍存在未被发现、描述或记录的物种。2021年至2024年,对云南省保山市和德宏傣族景颇族自治州境内的伊洛瓦底江流域进行的多次高黎贡山鱼类多样性考察中,发现了4种未曾记录的淡水鱼类。通过对所采集到鱼类标本的重要性状进行测量、与国内外相关文献的原始描述进行形态特征比较及对部分标本进行分子系统比较,分别鉴定为怒江高原鳅(Triplophysa nujiangensa)、多鳞荷马条鳅(Homatula pycnolepis)、奥氏裸吻鱼(Psilorhynchus olliei)和长须纹胸 (Glyptothorax longinema)。其中怒江高原鳅和多鳞荷马条鳅分别为伊洛瓦底江水系内高原鳅属与荷马条鳅属的首次记录;奥氏裸吻鱼为裸吻鱼科在中国境内除西藏雅鲁藏布江水系外的首次记录;长须纹胸 分布于怒江和澜沧江,是伊洛瓦底江水系的首次记录。本文对中国境内伊洛瓦底江水系的物种鉴定提供了基础资料,对高黎贡山地区的鱼类资源调查和保护提供了基础依据。

    Abstract:

    [Objectives] The Irrawaddy River is one of the major rivers in the Indochina Peninsula and the largest river in Myanmar. Its tributaries in China, the Longchuanjiang-Ruilijiang River, Dayingjiang River, Dulongjiang River and Mengnaihe River are rich in fish diversity, with a total of 84 fish species recorded. Due to insufficient sampling and diverse river habitats, there are still species that have not been discovered, described or documented from the basin. Several fish surveys conducted between 2021 and 2024 in Gaoligong Mountain (in the Irrawaddy River basin) of Baoshan City and Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, found four newly recorded species of freshwater fish:Triplophysa nujiangensa, Homatula pycnolepis,Psilorhynchus olliei and Glyptothorax longinema (Fig. 1). [Methods] In this study, the collected specimens were identified and morphological characteristics were described with reference to research literatures of Triplophysa, Homatula, Psilorhynchus and Glyptothorax. Based on COI gene fragments, Bayesian inference tree was constructed by Phylosuite 1.2.2. All new sequences in this study have been uploaded to NCBI GenBank, and other sequences were obtained from NCBI GenBank database (Table 1). [Results] In this article, the four newly recorded species are described, morphological photos (Fig. 2, Figs. 4﹣7), morphological (Tables 2﹣5) data for identification and phylogenetic tree (Figs. 3, 8) are also provided. Based on morphological and molecular evidences, the specimens in this study are identified as T. nujiangensa, H. pycnolepis,P. olliei and G. longinema. [Conclusion] The first two species are the first records of two genera Triplophysa and Homatula in the Irrawaddy River basin. The third species represents an extended distribution of the Psilorhynchidaein China outside the Yarlung Zangbo River basin in Xizang. The last species, so far known from the Nujiang and Lancang Rivers, is the first record in IrrawaddyRiver basin. This study provides basic data for species identification of fishes in the Irrawaddy River basin of China, and a scientific basis for the investigation and conservation of fish resources in the Gaoligong Mountain area.
