The author in 2013 July at the Laojun Mountain in Luanchuan County of Henan province Luoyang city scenic area, peak on the west side of dream Valley, found 2 red breasted Flowerpecker (Dicaeum ignipectus). The discovery of Henan province for the first time record. In this paper, the morphological characteristics, species distribution were introduced and reported.
